Oven-Baked Lemon Salmon

Season your salmon in a healthy and flavorful way.     

Ingredients: 

  • 1 salmon fillet (600g)
  • Juice of 4 lemons
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped rosemary 
  • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped 
  • 1/3 cup unsalted melted butter or ghee
  • 1 tablespoon Refisal Reduced in sodium salt 
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF) and prepare a baking tray by lining it with aluminum foil. 
  2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, parsley, rosemary, oregano, garlic, Refisal Reduced in sodium salt, and pepper to taste.
  3. Place the salmon fillet on the prepared tray and evenly spread the herb butter mixture over the salmon, using a silicone brush if needed. Finally, wrap the salmon with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake the salmon for 15 minutes. Remove it from the oven, uncover the top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes to allow the top to brown.
